Gabi Amorosa is a multidisciplinary artist based in Japan.

Born in Brazil and raised between Brazil and Germany, her creative identity has been shaped by a blend of cultures, handcraft traditions, and visual storytelling styles from both backgrounds. She has carried a love for visual arts since early childhood, beginning with acrylic painting classes and gradually expanding into various handmade and craft-based practices.

In 2015, she enrolled in a two-year technical program in Graphic Design in Brazil. One year later, she moved to Austria, where she continued her creative development independently. Even after pausing her formal studies, she kept refining her skills at home, working with watercolor, gouache, illustration, and experimental mixed media.

In 2020, while living in Vienna, she briefly ran a small independent art shop, offering handmade stickers, illustrations, and original paintings.

In 2025, Gabi moved to Japan. After a period of artistic pause, she returned to her creative practice with a renewed focus, committing to developing her art professionally again.

Her current work explores illustration across different mediums, including reclaimed and organic materials used as canvases for her pieces. She also develops original stationery and handcrafted goods as part of her evolving creative practice.

She continues to develop her practice through illustration, craft, and independent publishing.
